    January 13, 2022 (Updated)

    CVRS COVID-19 Testing Site

The Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad, with the assistance of Washington County Public Health and Public Safety, has established a COVID-19 Rapid Testing Site at its Education Center, 33F Gilbert Street, Cambridge.  CVRS has secured all required approvals from New York State Department of Health and will be conducting rapid testing.

The testing site will be open Monday – Saturday, 8am to 4 pm, by appointment only.  Rapid tests will be performed at the site and results will be provided at the time of the test.  All results will be entered into the New York State’s Electronic Clinical Laboratory Reporting System and all positive results will also be forwarded to the Public Health Department.

There is no charge for the testing and no insurance is needed.  CVRS will, however, be accepting donations to help us off-set costs of this service.

To schedule an appointment, call the CVRS COVID Testing Hotline at 518-222-8502 (Preferred) or send an email request to covidtesting@cambridgeems.com.  You will be contacted by a team member within 24 hours to schedule the appointment.

CVRS is excited to be able to provide this service to the residents of the County.
